4. Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Clients must not use our services to:
- Send spam, illegal, offensive, or unauthorized content
- Host or distribute pirated software, malware, or hacking tools
- Overuse server resources or run unauthorized background tasks
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
Guru-host enforces strict abuse and spam policies. Repeated violations will result in termination without refund.
5. Security
All personal data is securely stored and accessible only with valid login credentials. Guru-host implements best practices in electronic security and encryption to protect user data and transactions.
6. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.
- Services are billed in advance and non-refundable unless covered by our 60-day guarantee.
- Domains and dedicated servers are non-refundable.
- Failure to pay invoices on time will result in service suspension or termination.
7. Cancellations & Renewals
- Services renew automatically unless canceled in advance.
- Dedicated server cancellations require 1-month notice.
- Customers must use the official cancellation form that exist in client portal or email us.
- Guru-host reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts at any time.
8. Data Protection (GDPR)
- We process only the minimum necessary personal data.
- Clients may request deletion or access to their personal data.
- We do not share personal data with third parties unless legally required.
