How We Work
- Assessment — logs, running processes, file integrity, and recent changes, to understand what actually happened, not just the symptom you noticed.
- Containment — stop the bleeding: isolate the compromised service, rotate credentials, close the entry point.
- Cleanup — remove malware, backdoors, injected code, and rootkits; restore from clean backups where that’s the faster and safer path.
- Hardening — fix the root cause so it doesn’t happen again: patching, firewall rules, fail2ban, WAF rules, permission audits.
- Documentation — a clear, plain-English writeup of what happened, what we did, and what changed, so you’re never in the dark about your own infrastructure.
