Since the end of 2017 we stopped offering co-location services as we moved our infrastructure to a cloud based architecture. If you need a lot of resources please get in touch with us as a private cloud might be able to accommodate your IT needs.
No as we got a very strong SLA and contract direct with the data centers for any hardware faiure. Our setup in the cloud is full redundant. Since 2017 that we moved all our services to the cloud we had zero downtime related with either software or hardware issues.
We offer servers (cloud or dedicated) only on the advertised locations. You can however get a dedicated server from any web hosting company and then hire us to manage it.
Yes only if you choose a cloud service. The servers can be located in two different locations in Germany and another one in Finland. If you want us to deploy a cluster based in ISPConfig then you can have your servers across a very wide network (8+ locations).
